4. Estimates & Scheduled Services

Any price ranges, quotes, or scheduling estimations provided through online forms, text messages, or email communications are preliminary and non-binding. A binding agreement for services is only established once we conduct an on-site assessment, provide a formal project estimate, and receive explicit customer authorization.

5. Emergency Service Calls

For active septic or sewer line emergencies, please do not rely on online form submissions or text messages. We cannot guarantee response times for digital inquiries. You must call our office directly at 931-881-6604 for immediate dispatch.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Southern Septic TN, its officers, or employees be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from your use or inability to use this website, from any preliminary service estimates provided herein, or from any delay or failure in receiving SMS text messages, calls, or emails.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Coffee County, Tennessee.
